Customer Acknowledgment

Upon logging into the Yanabea app and purchasing any product through it, I acknowledge that I am dealing with a licensed application. The product price includes Value Added Tax (VAT), which is fully covered by the app. In the event that the service is not delivered as agreed and in an appropriate manner, I am entitled to a full refund with no restrictions or conditions. I also acknowledge that I have complete freedom in choosing the method of order execution, and I commit to complying with all general terms and conditions applicable within the Yanabea app.

If you do not wish your data to be used in this way or change your mind about future contact, please let us know using the contact details listed below and/or amend your profile accordingly. Clarification of Sales Policy and Order Fulfillment

Dear customers, we affirm that at Yanabea App, we do not accept or collect any donations. All displayed products are sold for a clear monetary value and accompanied by an electronic invoice. Orders are fulfilled according to the customer's preference—whether through pickup, delivery, or distribution—including the delivery of selected products to the Guests of the Merciful within the Holy Mosque in Makkah.

The legal basis for processing data
